Quality- it's not a "nice to have". You either design and produce a quality product, or you walk the fine line of survival. From our experience, the larger the head count without the "right systems", the more questionable the quality. The "right systems" are not an ISO quality manual, frantically spruced up a couple of days before the auditors arrive. These systems and processes need to be engraved in the minds of the team for every procedure, and every function every minute of every day! |
