Please refer to the list  below  for the typical requirements of assembly of your PCB
 

  1. A Gerber PCB circuit file including: pad and track layers, solder mask, and silk screen identity.
  2. A Gerber file from the PCB manufacturer for panelised solder paste information and step and repeat.
  3. The panel should include a 10mm border  on the top and bottom.
  4. Two location holes 4mm in diameter, 5 mm in on the top border’s left and right side.
  5. Two 1mm Fiducial marks with 3mm solder mask clearance, asymmetrically located at opposite corners.

 

  1.  A component assembly co-ordinates in text file.

 
 
7. A comprehensive Bill of Material file including all components and ideally manufacturers part number.
 
 
8. An up-populated PCB.
